ABOUT US

Shaganappi Community Church

The Salvation Army Shaganappi Community Church is a ministry which exists to share the love of Jesus Christ, meet human needs and be a transforming influence in the communities of our world.
Shaganappi Community Church is a diverse community of Christ followers, loving God and others where we live and gather.

Our café-style worship gathering is a place where you can hear inspirational stories from everyday people. Where you can engage in spiritual discussions with coffee in hand, in a casual and relaxed setting. We encourage participation during our gatherings but we also respect those introverts in our midst.

We believe the word Church is a verb not a noun. Church is people of action not a place to go. As such we look for ways in which we can make our world a better place by engaging with poverty, justice and advocacy. are praying for our community's continued good health. Please reach out to our leadership if you need anything at all. We will do our very best to care for you.

To facilitate Covid-19 constraints, we have moved our Sunday worship gatherings to a weekly virtual platform along with monthly socially distant in person meetings for those who are comfortable. Please check back often for updates. We
